Who I am

This website is run by Carlos Francisco M., an independent Salesforce developer based in El Salvador. If you have a privacy question, use the contact form.

What I collect

When you send the contact form or the discovery call request, I receive what you type: your name, email address, company, and the details of your message or request (for example your Salesforce setup, what is failing, urgency, and preferred days and times). The server also records the date and time of the submission, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent text, to help prevent spam and abuse.

Please do not put passwords, access tokens or customer personal data in the forms.

How I use it

I use your details to reply to you, to schedule a call, and, if we work together, to prepare the engagement. I do not sell your information and I do not use it for unrelated marketing. I may follow up about your request.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on a private server I control, hosted with Amazon Web Services (Amazon Lightsail, US East, Virginia). They are not published and are only read by me. The web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site does not currently set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If I add analytics or advertising pixels in the future (for example Google or Meta tools used to measure ads), I will update this page to say which ones, what they collect, and how to opt out, at the time they are installed.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to handle any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for my records. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Use the contact form and mention what you would like. I will reply within one business day.

Sharing

I do not share your details with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run this site (hosting and domain services), or where the law requires it.

Changes

If I change this policy I will update the date at the top of the page.
